The header banner will sit towards the top of your advert, just below your client logo and navigation bar. The header banner aims to be one of the first things a potential candidate will be drawn towards on your advert and gives them a sense of your brand. This template displays either a large lifestyle image or a short looping video underneath a gradient displaying your primary brand colour. These two elements combined will reinforce your brand identity and give any potential client a sense of your brand before they scroll down to find out further information regarding the role.

  • Provide a lifestyle image at a large size.
  • Provide a video with a short runtime which can be looped.
  • For maximum conversion: Provide a lifestyle image & short video.

This component is where a potential candidate will begin their application process through this advert template. It sits on the right of their screen and will remain with them throughout the advert which means applying for the vacancy is never more than a click away. The apply now button will be presented large and green as we have found this leads to the best conversion rates of views to applications. This component can also present the potential candidate with further information to the role they're looking at including the publish date, closing date and how many views the advert has had. This will give them an idea of the total interest this vacancy has created along with how long they have left to apply.

The merge fields on this vacancy advert template sit right at the top of the page and will be one of the first things a potential applicant sees. This is a {Contract Type}, {Vacancy Type} vacancy that's closing in {Days left}.

  • Maximum 2 merge fields.
  • Further merge field information presented in a smaller message.

By default this advert template comes with a Google Map which shows a potential candidate where the working location is. This map is presented on the right of the vacancy, just below the apply now component. The map gives the potential candidate a general idea of where the vacancy is based. The map is not interactive but a potential candidate can click onto the map which will take them to the Google Map site and show them the location and provide them with directions.

  • Google Map is displayed on the right side of the screen below the apply now component.
  • Google Map is removed if the vacancy doesn't have an assigned postcode.
  • Styling not customisable. Google Restrictions

The social media icons on this vacancy advert template are displayed in the footer. The way these icons are displayed is defined by the advert and therefore cannot be changed. The icons are displayed this way as a potential candidate is likely to scroll through the whole advert before wanting to find more information. By default these icons will use your primary brand colour but this can be changed to the secondary colour if you wish.

  • Social media icons will be displayed in the vacancy footer.
  • Provide a URL for each icon.
  • For maximum conversion: Use primary brand colour.
  • Customisable: Primary or secondary icon colour. Possible AA Restrictions
